Halloween Bark

October 31, 2017 by shelley

Halloween Bark

I had to take some Halloween treats to a neighborhood get-together, so I made some Halloween Bark, and candy corn Rice Krispie treats, and my tried and true oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

Halloween Bark

For the melting chocolate I really like Merckens Chocolate (I used milk chocolate for this bark).  It has a wonderful flavor and is smooth….  I found it here.

*I always add a bag of heath bits and chocolate.  Also I use old fashioned oatmeal…this recipe originated before there were quick oats etc. and I like the old fashioned oats.  I add more chips than the recipe calls for since I have chocolate lovers around here.
