This was a family celebration year for Becca’s birthday (party/ family celebration alternating years-family rule). She chose to go to Benihana’s Restaurant . It is a great place for a kid’s birthday celebration. They get a special mug, dessert (with Happy Birthday serenade) and a family photo and they cook the food at your table and put on quite a show!

This little one has had an eventful first year. She just recently got out of the hospital (Primary Children’s Hospital) after being there for one week with RSV. So this was a special one year celebration!!

Henry AND Caroline celebrate their birthdays with PARTIES!

Henry celebrated his birthday on the 18th and one day later Caroline has a birthday and both had PARTIES!

Henry’s party had a construction theme. Each invitee got to build a birdhouse and got to go home with the birdhouse, hammer and apron.

I have a love of flowers and I cannot think of a better way of getting one year older than to enjoy flowers received…flowers are God’s gift to us. Why else would we have flowers in so many colors and varieties. There is no such thing as an ugly flower.
