Kaleidoscope at Hallmark Cards.

Another fun activity we did pre-thanksgiving day was to take Henry and Becca to Kaleidoscope at Hallmark Cards by the Crown Center. Normally, children must be 5 years old to participate at Kaleidoscope, but just before Thanksgiving they have “Family Days” where at certain times all children when accompanied by an adult may do Kaleidoscope. It is a fun activity at a fun place!

Thanksgiving Holiday!!!

Jen & Adam and family; Becca and Henry came to town to celebrate Thanksgiving. Pre-thanksgiving we decided to go to the Crown Center to Fritz’s cafe, the train restaurant and celebrate. Only at Fritz’s do you have trains going around the restaurant behind glass AND a train delivers your food to your table. It is an unique and exciting experience especially for kids that love trains!!

Duke Football Game on a Beautiful Saturday Afternoon!!

We decided to attend a Duke Football Game.  It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon.  Duke didn’t do so well.  The kids did not make it to the fourth quarter but it was a perfect activity for a perfect Saturday afternoon.

Here we are on our way to church, Durham 1st Ward (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints). I knew we better snap a few on our way in if we wanted the kids to look their best.
