I recently updated a notebook that I created to use in Young Women’s to help the class presidency’s understand their stewardships.  Hopefully, other people will find this notebook helpful in developing youth leadership.  I found binder covers on line, there many to choose from.  Websites like www.sugardoodle.net  have a choice of covers  Also at http://www.lds-yw.com/html/leader_lesson_help.html . The class presidency manual is specific to our ward.  (There are duties given to the presidency that are not in the handbook.  But we felt it was good to have some specific things the girls learn to do as a presidency, ie. setting up the chairs in the YW room, setting out the hymnals, etc.)  View it by clicking here (view as PDF file) : YW Class Presidency Manual LDS.  Or download it by clicking YW Class Presidency Manual LDS (it can be found in your downloads as a word document.) These pages were printed out and put in a 3-ring binder.   One binder was given to each member of each class presidency at a leadership meeting for the new class leaders.  The notebook is to be passed on to the next young woman called to that position when a young woman is released from her calling.
